If you placed your order while logging in to your account (by creating an account or signing in to your account) you will receive your order in My Account / My Order. If necessary, you can track your order by checking the ‘Order Tracking” button on our website. The progress of your order is as follows:
– Processing (your order has been confirmed and is currently being processed at our warehouse)
– Sent (your order has been processed and shipped – you can track his progress on the carrier’s website using the parcel number)

All return functions depend on the product you order. So read our return policy carefully. If the product you received is refundable according to the return policy, then we will perform all the return functions. So, be sure to notify us by email about product returns.
